A creative visionary with a business background, Michelle leads Captura Group’s creative teams to concept and execute break-through creative ideas that accomplish business objectives and deliver consumer value. Michelle’s specific expertise lies in her deep exploration and intuitive understanding of the Hispanic digital consumer and her ability to translate insights into creative solutions that deliver both business and consumer value. She brings an uncompromising dedication to the creative craft, leading Captura Group’s Experience Design and Bilingual Content teams across a variety of national and global brands including Kellogg’s, Knorr, POND’s, Allstate and others.

Prior to co-founding Hispanic Digital Agency, Captura Group, Michelle worked at several online companies, including WeddingChannel.com and Pictage.com, developing and implementing online marketing programs with responsibility for customer acquisition and retention.

Michelle holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Marketing and Consumer Behavior from The Wharton School of Business. Michelle was born in Mexico City and speaks both English and Spanish fluently.
