Michelle Moscona leads Captura Group’s online
program development and management team, providing unparalleled expertise
in the development
and maintenance of Hispanic in-language and in-culture interactive
programs. With an uncompromising dedication to the needs to Captura
Group’s clients, Michelle brings a unique client-side perspective
ensuring that all solutions balance our client’s business objectives
while delivering customer value.
Prior to co-founding Captura Group, Michelle worked at several online
companies, including Pictage.com and WeddingChannel.com, developing
and implementing interactive marketing programs. Michelle’s
responsibilities included customer acquisition and retention initiatives,
including online marketing, email marketing, and promotions. Working
in conjunction with partners such as Williams-Sonoma, Tiffany and
Company, Neiman-Marcus, Crate & Barrel, and Fuji Film, Michelle
developed and deployed online programs to reach Pictage.com’s
and WeddingChannel.com’s target audiences.
Michelle holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania
with extensive coursework in Marketing and Consumer Behavior from
The Wharton School of Business. Michelle is bi-cultural and bilingual
and was born in Mexico City and speaks both English and Spanish fluently.
